We are delighted to announce that one of our neighbors, Brad Baker, has volunteered to lead a couple of gardening programs down at the Cedarwood Park this spring/summer.

These will be hands-on garden programs beginning April 17th. Participants will plant and identify 30 kinds of seeds along with dozens of bulbs and rhizomes. We will practice observing them grow while harvesting the tasty, fresh results. Learn how to weed and fertilize sustainably with minimum effort. Bring home seeds and transplants and knowledge to share. Open to all ages.

April 17-June 21, afternoons from 3:45-5pm;
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Cost: $6 per day ($18 per week) for materials

June 21 -22, and June 25-29, from 8-10am or 10am-12pm each day (2 hours per class)
